We are looking to hire a Mid-level .NET Developer / Angular Expert for the Digitalization and Organization department. The developer will contribute to the development of existing and new web applications and components supporting the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
This position is for the Shima team within the IT Development service of the Digitalization and Organization Department, where we wish to hire a .NET developer and Angular expert. This team is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining applications and components that support the agency's measure processes. Team Shima manages a very broad and varied portfolio with significant scope and impact. They also support other IT development teams in integrating Shima components into their applications.
Key Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of new and existing functionalities of existing web applications
Utilize frontend skills to support the entire team
Translate functional specifications into technical designs
Provide support to other IT teams using components from the Shima portfolio
Ensure that technical solutions fit within the adopted architecture, standards, and frameworks
Promote a Scrum-minded approach
Work and communicate openly and transparently.
Skills & Experience
At least 3 years of proven professional experience in web development with recent versions of Angular (including Angular 20 or higher)
At least 4 years of proven professional experience in .NET software development (C#) (must have)
Proven knowledge of webAPI and .NET Core (must have)
Proven experience with relational databases and SQL (must have)
Proven knowledge of EF Core (must have)
Proven experience with NGRX (should have)
Proven knowledge of CQRS (should have)
Proven experience with Github Copilot (should have)
Proven experience working in a Scrum context (should have)
Languages
Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
