By accessing and using MC Expert Jobs ("the Platform"), operated by MC Expert ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

MC Expert Jobs is a job board platform connecting IT consultants with enterprise opportunities in Belgium and Switzerland. Our services include:

• Job listings curated and processed using AI technology
• Job search and filtering tools
• User profiles and application management
• Email notifications for matching opportunities

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Listings

Job listings on the Platform are collected from various sources and processed using AI. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information in job listings is complete, accurate, or current. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the content of job postings provided by third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MC Expert or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MC Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
