Overview
We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting local teams and the program team in applying an agile, citizen-centered approach and contribute to the further maturity of the program.Key Responsibilities
Monitor the citizen-centered and agile approach within the calls and projects of the Future Town Hall program.
Guide and support local teams in applying a citizen-centered approach to initiatives within the program portfolio.
Coach local project teams and stakeholders in agile principles, collaboration, and change.
Follow up on the progress of ongoing concepts and projects with attention to agility, learning capacity, and continuous improvement.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in terms of organization, collaboration, and approach, and advise within the program team.
Support the program team in the operational follow-up of work packages, deliverables, and progress from an agile and coaching role.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and methodological strengthening within the program.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Agile Coach.
Proven experience in coaching Agile business transitions.
Proven experience in mentoring and coaching individuals and teams.
Proven experience with Jira Work Management and Jira Service Desk.
Proven experience with Service Design for Local Authorities.
Proven experience as a Change Manager (should have).
Proven experience as an expert in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Kanban/DevOps) (should have).
Proven experience in setting up and continuously optimizing processes, structures, roles, and resources within and across the ICT organization (should have).
Proven knowledge of Agile frameworks (should have).
Languages
Dutch: Native (C2) - required
