ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This mission will take place at our office in Liège. Remote work is possible up to a maximum of 2 days per week.Daily processing of monitoring for the SAP-ISU module, using procedures and enhancing them as new errors are encountered
Escalate encountered issues to the second line of the SAP market team
Monitor SAP processes and provide expertise to find structural solutions to encountered problems
Use knowledge of the SAP IS-U module to assess business needs
Execute and participate in the validation of necessary test cases with the activity managers or responsible business leads to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Skills
Knowledge of a SAP module
Master's degree
Training in MIG 6 processes
Experience in the energy sector
Experience in a GRD
French level C2

To reduce the number of problematic points in the market, it is necessary to strengthen the first line of the IT SAP team.What you'll do
