Overview
As part of its activities, ORES is looking for an experienced analyst/developer (5+ years) in OpenText Exstream, Doc Presentment, and Notifications to join its teams for a CCM implementation project. The selected candidate will work on the analysis and development of templates and the integration of solutions within our existing infrastructure. This position requires a start as soon as possible, with a mission extending until the end of December 2026 (possible extension). Part of the mission can, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely, but a presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days per week is mandatory. Candidates for full remote will not be considered. Additional days on-site may be requested from the consultant, depending on service needs (occasionally). The Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, so possession of a driving license and a vehicle will be preferable for travel.Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs (clientele, billing, operations, communication…).
Model and document processes related to CCM flows.
Write functional specifications (including creating mock-ups).
Functionally describe document composition rules (templates, conditional logic, variable content…).
Finalize the input file structure.
Master the different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, CSV).
Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels.
Master Doc Presentment for SAP and input idocs formats.
Design and plan technical and business understanding documents.
Create unit test cases for unit/integration tests and UAT.
Execute integration tests and support clients during UAT.
Effectively perform quality assurance (QA).
Identify opportunities for performance optimization and cost reduction within the project.
Provide functional support for workflows and templates in production.
Adhere to best practices in development and unit testing.
Effectively review daily deliverables.
Participate in project status meetings with the team.
Skills & Experience
Required Technical Skills
Comprehensive experience of the document lifecycle and in-depth knowledge of OpenText Exstream.
Experience with OpenText Exstream Live, Empower, and Content Author.
Mastery of OpenText Exstream, Doc Presentment for SAP, Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor.
Experience in upgrading and migration projects of OpenText Exstream.
Experience in direct communication with clients.
Programming or scripting skills (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net).
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional commitment and reliability.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Languages
Language requirement: French level C2 and English level B1 on the European CEFR scale.
Additional Info
The candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in the field, with proven expertise in Web Exstream applications (Workshop; Content Author, etc.) and Communication Builder, which are essential for our project.What you'll do
