Overview
We are looking for an Applications Manager with demonstrable experience in Application Lifecycle Management and the necessary development and testing environments for applications. The current ArcGIS environment is central to the GIS operations within our organization. In recent years, more tools and possibilities have been made available within the ESRI suite that could potentially add value to GIS operations.Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience as an Applications Manager.
Demonstrable experience with Application Lifecycle Management and the necessary development and testing environments for applications.
Demonstrable experience applying ITIL and relevant basic processes (e.g., configuration management, change management, etc.).
Demonstrable experience in evaluating, migrating, and maintaining applications or formulating conversion strategies.
Demonstrable experience in Project Management.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience as an ArcGIS Expert (Must have, 6 years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience as an Applications Manager (Must have, 3 years, Mid).
Demonstrable experience with IDP (Must have).
Demonstrable experience with ArcGIS Enterprise + Architecture (Must have).
Demonstrable experience with ArcGIS Portal / ArcGIS Online (Must have).
Demonstrable experience in evaluating, migrating, and maintaining applications or formulating conversion strategies (Must have).
Demonstrable experience of ArcGIS best practices (Load balancing, monitoring, logging, etc.) (Must have, 6 years, Senior).
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 (Must have).
Demonstrable experience with Application Lifecycle Management and the necessary development and testing environments (Should have).
Demonstrable experience with ArcGIS Desktop Associate certified (Should have).
Demonstrable experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional certified (Should have).
Demonstrable experience in Project Management (Should have).
Demonstrable experience applying ITIL and relevant basic processes (Should have).

Estimated hours per person: 3500
Candidate weighting: 50% quality - 50% price
This assignment can be extended by mutual agreement for periods of 12 months, within the limits of the framework agreement of the Facility Company. Price adjustments are not allowed, except for indexation during the assignment, which may be permitted after each term of 12 consecutive months.
