Infrastructure Project Coordinator (Hands-on) | 6+ months
We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator for a long-term infrastructure project who will oversee the lifecycle and upgrade activities within a complex IT environment. You are not a high-level program manager, but someone who is close to execution, monitors the planning, and coordinates the various technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate OS upgrades (e.g., Windows Server 2016 to newer versions)
Follow up on the replacement and renewal of server and storage hardware
Coordinate the migration of other legacy infrastructure solutions such as fixed telephony and printing
Develop, follow up, and monitor project and migration plans
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Report on progress, risks, and planning
Environment
Scope of approximately 60 to 80 environments
Upgrade of about 60 to 80 Windows Servers
Project methodology: PMI
Collaboration with internal teams and external partners
4 days onsite per week, 1 day remote
Skills & Experience
Experience as Project Manager, Project Lead, or Coordinator within infrastructure, upgrade, or migration projects
A mid-level profile is certainly eligible
At least 3 years of experience as a project lead/coordinator combined with several years of hands-on infrastructure experience
Technical affinity with servers, storage, operating systems, and general infrastructure environments
Strong in planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up
Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch

Start: ASAP
Duration: minimum 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Location: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Important: we are mainly looking for a pragmatic coordinator with technical background who can lead the execution effectively, rather than a senior strategic Project Manager.
