Overview

We are looking for a Beheerder non revenue water (NRW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and optimizing the interdependencies between them.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large and complex programs with at least 10 years of experience in project management.
Oversee multiple individual projects and optimize their interrelations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring customer focus.
Utilize project management techniques and tools, including risk management and issue management.
Provide expert knowledge in project management methodologies such as Prince-2 and MSP.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in leading projects and programs in both business and ICT system integration contexts is a must; PM certification is required.
Experience with agile (scrum) project methodologies.
Experience in program setup and management of multiple projects.
Experience in technical environments relevant to the projects and programs.
Active risk and mitigation management experience.
Experience with active scope monitoring (product ownership).
Familiarity with the ADKAR methodology for change management.
Experience in the adoption of new applications.
Ability to bridge and coordinate between business and IT.
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading large and complex programs with total budgets of at least 500K EUR.
Proven experience with ITIL is a nice to have.
Experience in the public water sector, particularly regarding the reduction of non-revenue water, is a plus.
