We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the dematerialization of environmental permits. The role involves understanding business needs, modeling expectations, and supporting project managers in defining requirements and facilitating testing processes.

Description

You will reinforce the team as an analyst and tester in the ARNE environment for the management of the dematerialization of environmental permits and unique permits. This team relies on other people/skills that are part of the Digital SPW and the TLPE SPW. You will mainly be assigned to the business to understand the context and objectives, clarify their needs, and model/document their expectations. You will support project managers in determining these needs and modeling/documenting the business expectations.

As an analyst and tester, you will work closely with the Digital SPW team responsible for coordinating and overseeing the program as well as all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the context and objectives of spatial planning;

•Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between different actors, both internal and external, of these processes. This analysis must be carried out transversally between several departments and serve as a foundation for a requirements document;

•Define functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant businesses and the Digital SPW personnel involved in the project;

•Facilitate analysis workshops and write acceptance test scenarios with the businesses;

•Facilitate, in collaboration with project managers, workshops for the execution of tests by the businesses;

•Write validation test scenarios in accordance with the test strategy and quality drafted and validated by the quality manager of the program team.

•Support the businesses in executing the written test scenarios;

•Communicate and validate all deliverables with the relevant businesses;

•Acquire a global mastery of the business (concept, jargon, rules);

•Verify that the chosen solution meets the stated expectations;

•Contribute to the smooth running of the project within the program;
