We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support digitization and optimization projects at INAMI. The role involves organizing meetings, writing process documentation, and ensuring that solutions align with business needs.

Description (English)

Function

As a Business Analyst, you will integrate the services of INAMI to support projects aimed at digitization and optimization of business processes. You will actively participate in several business projects responding to the objectives of digitization and optimization of the services of INAMI.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst organizes the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as INAMI desires.

•He/she writes the necessary documents for defining the process so that they can be used directly by developers for the implementation of the solution.

•He/she acts as a bridge to translate business language into ICT language.

•He/she ensures throughout the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.

Behavioral Skills

You have good oral and written communication skills.

•You enjoy teamwork and projects.

•You are familiar with negotiation and managing multiple stakeholders.

Assets:

•Experience in Agile-type projects is desired.

•Experience in preparing/coordinating tests is desired.

•Experience in managing and organizing workshops and needs analysis is desired.
