Overview
In the context of future changes and innovations in the energy market, we manage a project portfolio that needs to be supported both substantively and project-wise.As the Market Coordination department, we guide various projects and take on a central expertise role for their intersections with market operations & data management. We monitor adjustments to the legal framework, support business transformation, and bridge various internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a business analyst to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities
You will take on a role as a Business Analyst within one or more projects that Market Coordination is involved in.
You will monitor the substantive dependencies with other projects, working closely with other Business Analysts.
You will facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, internal/external experts using best-practice processes and assist in change acceptance.
You will contribute to projects by providing expertise, substantive support to project leaders, and peer review of deliverables.
You will document and follow up on working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals, etc., through insightful documentation.
You will maintain an overview of the topics under analysis and consider changing priorities, communicating this transparently to the team and stakeholders.
You will develop overarching communication and training materials.
You will prepare for and actively participate in internal and external working groups.
You will analyze new initiatives or change requests that are presented in depth, considering both a market perspective and a Fluvius perspective.
You will create E2E test scenarios and provide support during their execution.
You will support migration & transition activities.

Additional Info
We are responsible for laying, managing, and maintaining distribution networks for electricity, natural gas, sewage, cable distribution, and heat, and manage the municipal public lighting park. In total, we manage 230,000 kilometers of utility lines and 7 million connections. We are active in all Flemish municipalities.You think pragmatically and solution-oriented within an agreed scope.
