Overview
In the context of future changes and innovations in the energy market, our organization manages a project portfolio that requires substantive and project support.As the Market Coordination department, we guide various projects and take on a central expertise role for their intersections with market operations and data management. We monitor adjustments to the legal framework, support business transformation, and act as a bridge with various internal and external stakeholders.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business analyst.
Key Responsibilities
You will take on a role as a Business Analyst within one or more projects that Market Coordination is involved in.
You will monitor the substantive dependencies with other projects, working closely with other Business Analysts.
You will facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, internal/external experts using best-practice processes and assist in change acceptance.
You will contribute to projects by providing expertise, substantive support to project leaders, and peer review of deliverables.
You will document and follow up on working groups and discussions: decisions, proposals, etc. through insightful documentation.
You will maintain an overview of the topics under analysis and consider changing priorities, communicating transparently with the team and stakeholders.
You will develop overarching communication and training materials.
You will prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups.
You will analyze new initiatives or change requests presented in depth, considering both a market perspective and an organizational perspective.
You will create end-to-end test scenarios and support their execution.
You will assist in migration and transition activities.

Proven experience as a business analyst - Must have, 5 Years, Senior
Proven experience as a business analyst in a similar environment - Must have, 5 Years, Senior
Proven experience as a business analyst within the Structure domain - Must have, 2 Years, Medior
Proven experience as a business analyst regarding digital meters - Must have, Yes
Proven experience within the Belgian energy market - Must have, 2 Years, Medior
Proven experience in market operations (MIG-4 and/or MIG-6) - Must have, Yes
Proven experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM) - Must have, Yes
Proven experience in change management (e.g., training, training materials, communication, etc.) - Should have, Yes
Proven experience in Quality Management / Acceptance Testing - Should have, Yes
Proven experience in stakeholder management - Should have, Yes
Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have, Yes
