The Business Analyst – Support Testing is responsible for assisting project team members, both from the business and IT sides, in the preparation and execution of testing activities. In this role, they represent the interests of the business during the various testing phases.
Key Responsibilities
Assist business teams in the preparation and execution of tests
Ensure, if necessary, the substitution of the business during the execution of tests
Create and track defects (anomalies), follow up with stakeholders, and update tracking dashboards
Participate in analysis and functional clarification workshops
Provide general support for testing activities
Communicate the status of testing to the test coordinator, project manager, and various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with the Testing governance in place at RESA
Perform functional analyses and/or gap analyses as requested
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of French level C2
Expertise in Atrias Process MIG6 for all Market domains (Structuring, Metering, Billing, Settlement, Rectification)
Experience with Jira
Proven experience in supporting business teams during the execution of various testing phases
Experience in a GRD
Excellent communication and writing skills
Analytical and synthesis mindset
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, and rigor
Solution and process-oriented approach
Languages
French: Very good (C2)
