Only applications that meet exactly the BCL's selection criteria (skills, work experience, language skills and availability) can be proposed.

Job Description
BCL is organizing internal awareness sessions for all interested staff members to learn about Business Continuity and Crisis Management. In that context, we are seeking an experienced consultant or training firm to prepare and deliver an interactive 60- to 75-minute training to a varied audience that is not necessarily familiar with the other business continuity training exercises. The consultant will present the training in 3-4 sessions during a single calendar week.
The training will use interactive dynamics to actively engage the audience through role play/gamification or any other technique that will help achieve the objective.
Objective:
•Familiarize people with the challenges and objectives of Business Continuity and Crisis Management through a gamified exercise/simulation, which is based on a simple generic scenario (i.e. a scenario that is not specific to our organization)
•Enhance visibility of the general importance of business continuity and crisis management measures
Format:
•3 to 4 sessions of 60-75 minutes between 28 September – 2 October 2026
•Audience: max. 25 participants
•Location: In person at BCL premises, 2 Boulevard Royal, L-2983 Luxembourg
•Language: English
