Direction: R&DLocation: Camp de Satory
Context: As part of the projects carried out for us, we are looking for a Prototype Boiler Maker. You will join a technical team specializing in the development and evolution of armored vehicles and industrial prototypes.
Missions:
Reporting to the assembly manager and closely linked with the workshop, methods, and design office teams, your main missions will be:Carry out boiler making work on parts and assemblies of armored vehicles:
machining,
welding,
folding,
drilling,
fitting and assembly.
Occasionally participate in the assembly and disassembly operations of parts on vehicles.
Manufacture prototype parts from manufacturing plans.
Read and interpret technical plans to propose suitable manufacturing solutions and processes.
Write work sheets associated with the services performed.
Complete the control plans established by the quality department to ensure compliance of assemblies and configuration management of test vehicles.
Write deliverables / liaison sheets allowing:
to trace non-conformities or discrepancies observed,
to identify and formalize the technical solutions highlighted during the modeling and integration phases.
Technical Skills:
You have solid knowledge in the following areas:mechanics of industrial vehicles,
prototype boiler making,
welding, brazing, drilling, and workshop work,
reading mechanical plans and manufacturing technical parts.
You master manufacturing and assembly techniques on welded structures and are capable of intervening in a demanding prototype environment.
Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in prototype boiler making.Experience in the following sectors is highly appreciated:
automotive,
motorsport,
heavy goods vehicles,
defense or special vehicles.
Rigor and sense of organization,
Analytical mind / autonomy,
Ability to work in a team in a demanding technical environment.
Certifications / Qualifications:
Mandatory armor welding accreditation.Forklift license required.
PPE:
The contractor must be equipped with their PPE:safety shoes,
gloves,
glasses,
work clothes,
protections suitable for the operations performed.
