We are looking for a Community Manager for our online channels. The Community Manager must engage in dialogue with our followers to create a positive atmosphere and gather new content ideas.

Key Responsibilities

•You are an indispensable link in building our communities.

•You represent the voice of our brands on the assigned social channels.

•You help make the assigned channels attractive to their specific target audience.

•You respond to comments, stimulate conversation, drop clever one-liners, and boost the atmosphere in the community.

•You are responsible for moderating comments to create a respectful and safe environment.

Skills & Experience

•More than 3 years of experience in community management.

•You are a born communicator and understand perfectly how social media platforms work.

•You are capable of managing your planning independently according to the content calendar.

•You effortlessly switch between the different tones of voice of brands and channels.

•You respond quickly and maintain dialogue with the community.

•You spot opportunities for new content and brief them to the editorial teams.

•You report regularly to the editorial teams.

Languages

•At least 3 years of experience.

•You are analytically strong: you can bundle information, draw conclusions, and guide others.

•You are familiar with the media context.

Additional Info

You will receive a contract on demand for a freelance assignment through an intermediary until 31/12/2026. In mutual agreement, extensions and rate adjustments are possible (max. 3 times extendable by 12 months) and rate adjustments are maximum according to the applicable Agoria index.

The assignment will be awarded to one or more parties.
