Description
As part of the development of e-Health projects from the regional to the European level, the main objective of this mission is to ensure governance, quality, shared understanding, and interoperability of multidisciplinary electronic data exchanges related to the e-Health ecosystem, including data flows to and from mutualities, field operators, etc.Profile
The data governance expert will participate in strategic projects aimed at improving the integration, management, and valorization of health data while ensuring their accessibility, security, and compliance.They will actively contribute to decision-making and the strategic positioning of the Agency regarding data governance within e-Health projects (internal, collaborative, or external), based on potential functional, architectural, and organizational impacts at the level of the Agency, the Walloon Health Network, and other operators related to the Agency's missions and interoperability requirements.
The expert will act as an interface between business teams and the Agency's IT, with an assignment within the Digital Pole, in collaboration with the CIO, CISO, and IT directors. They will provide structuring support to the Agency's business agents to ensure coherent governance of data assets and contribute to the drafting of governance documentation (business glossary, data catalog, management policies) necessary for integrating the Agency's information system into the social protection ecosystem in Wallonia (retrieval of pseudonymized or anonymized data for secondary use, flows necessary for the exercise of the Agency's competencies).
The data governance expert will identify opportunities offered by e-Health solutions within the framework of the Agency's digital transformation.
They will ensure that business concepts are defined unambiguously, shared, and contextualized to ensure correct interpretation in all use cases.
Finally, they will ensure that data exchange is scalable, dynamic, modular, historical, and multidisciplinary through structured, standardized, and coded information sets around a relevant business concept called "CareSet".
The mission will start on August 3, 2026, for a duration of one year.
