We are looking for a CyberSecurity Awareness Specialist to define and structure a comprehensive phishing awareness strategy for our organization. The role involves analyzing the current context, designing campaigns, and ensuring the organization can manage future campaigns independently.

Mission Description

You will work within the CSO and report to the Security Business Development Manager.

The consultant will be tasked with defining and structuring the complete phishing awareness strategy for our organization, taking into account the organizational specifics (10,000 employees, varied profiles) as well as the Microsoft 365 technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct a context analysis and maturity assessment based on an initial analysis.

•Define a comprehensive awareness strategy (12 to 24 months).

•Design a catalog of phishing campaigns (scenarios, difficulty levels, target audiences).

•Contribute to the multi-channel internal communication plan, in partnership with relevant stakeholders (CSO, Internal Communication, etc.).

•Define KPIs, maturity indicators, and associated dashboards.

•Provide skills transfer to ensure our organization’s autonomy in managing future campaigns.

•Manage campaigns end-to-end --> study, implementation and configuration, collection and analysis of results.

•Have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
