We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer to join our team. This full-time role involves automating processes using UI Path and requires a strong technical background along with project management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Gosselies at least two days a week.

Description

As part of our activities, we are looking for a Senior RPA Developer. This is a full-time mission with an estimated duration of one year, extendable.

Part of the mission can, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely, but a presence at the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days per week is mandatory. Additional days on-site may be requested from the consultant depending on the service needs (occasionally). The Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, so possessing a driving license and a vehicle will be preferable for travel.

Mission Context

The RPA team develops solutions based on RPA technology as well as the automation of standard and repetitive digital processes. To do this, we use UI Path technology.

In this context, we are looking for a versatile and autonomous senior RPA consultant with strong technical experience, functional analysis skills, and project management experience.

Initially, their mission will be to ensure the automation of a process from analysis to production, following best practices within our organization. This person will also be entrusted with level 2 support.

Mission:

•Automating processes using UI Path (analysis, design, development, testing)

•Ensuring the maintenance of automated processes early in their mission.

•Contributing to the general support of RPA automated operations

Responsibilities:

•Evaluate and plan the effort required to automate a selected process

•Functional analysis and documentation of the process to be automated

•Design and technical documentation of the solution to be implemented

•Automating the process using UI Path

•Testing the solution and documenting tests according to the general governance of our organization

•Level 2 support: Monitoring solutions in production, facilitating and coordinating support

•Level 3 support: Supporting previously automated processes, debugging, and corrections

•Continuous communication with the business to achieve an optimal quality solution.

Expected Skills:

•Proven experience with RPA technology (Must)

•Experience in automation using UI Path (Must)

•Knowledge of VBA, VB .net languages (Must)

•Experience with versioning tools Git (Should)

•Experience in the environment of a Belgian GRD (Nice to have)

•Proven ability to work in a team and be autonomous, flexible, and stress-resistant.

•Mastery of the French language (Must)

•English level B1 (Should)
