Within the Marketing & Communication Department, you will join the Customer Experience department as a Business Analyst for digital systems such as the mobile application and the website www.letec.be.

You will transform business needs into concrete solutions, ensuring the coherence and quality of functional analyses in close collaboration with business teams, IT, projects, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect needs through the strategic roadmap, business evolution requests, and functional monitoring;

•Facilitate workshops with stakeholders;

•Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements;

•Design functional mockups of screens (wireframe, ...) and challenge the proposed UX/UI design;

•Write functional analyses or validate those proposed by suppliers;

•Ensure the overall coherence of solutions (cross-system vision);

•Collaborate with project teams and development teams for managing user stories, functional prioritization, and clarifying needs;

•Contribute to sprint reviews and validate developments;

•Write test plans by developing functional scenarios ensuring the quality of deployed solutions;

•Ensure the quality of functional documentation, organize various documents and deliverables, and ensure their updates;
