We are looking for an experienced document generation specialist to join our CCM team. The role involves designing, developing, and managing document solutions within DOC1 and EngageOne platforms, while also ensuring operational management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Description (English)
We are looking for an experienced specialist in document generation to strengthen the CCM team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of document solutions within the DOC1 and EngageOne platforms. These are our legacy document generation platforms that still need to be supported.
You will act as the central point of contact for everything related to the generation of letters, documents, and customer communication. You will capture and analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and translate these into concrete solutions within the existing CCM environment. In addition to development and analysis activities, you will also be responsible for the operational management of the platforms.
This includes monitoring and resolving incidents, ensuring the continuity of the systems, and implementing improvements where necessary. You will work closely with internal customers, the CCM team, and external parties such as print and distribution partners, and actively contribute to stable and quality document processing.

Skills
•Proven experience in a similar technology
•Proven experience with the DOC1 and EngageOne development environment and tools (EngageOne Designer, EngageCompose, DOC1 generate,...)
•Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required
•Proven experience with the Linux environment
•Proven experience with PDF, AFP, PCL, and Postscript output
•Proven experience with SAP Document Presentment by OpenText
•Proven experience with scripting: kornshell and PCE
•Proven experience with XML/XSD
Additional Info
•Our organization's telework policy provides the possibility for teleworking for external resources. The right to telework is not enforceable and the frequency will always be determined in consultation with the team leader.
•Furthermore, we expect the necessary flexibility regarding occasional travel to other locations or to be temporarily more on-site for certain activities.
