Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for the ANPR team within the intelligence & innovation department. You will contribute to the further digitization of police operations.The FOCUS platform is a strategic and modular system (microservices architecture) that supports various core processes and continuously evolves. You will join a multidisciplinary Agile team where close collaboration is central.
We seek a profile that is both technically strong and capable of taking a leading role within the team, with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable applications within a microservices environment
Actively contribute to quality (testing, debugging, automation)
Take on a coaching role within the team
Collaborate according to Agile/Scrum principles
Work with analysts, developers, and QA profiles
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in developing application-based solutions
Proven experience in leading a development team and coaching developers.
Proven ability to perform programming tasks smoothly: coding, testing, and debugging.
Proven knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology, with the ability to take a leading role.
Languages
Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

What you'll do
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van schaalbare toepassingen binnen een microservices-omgeving
- Actief bijdragen aan kwaliteit (testing, debugging, automatisatie)
- Opnemen van een coachende rol binnen het team

What we're looking for
- Aantoonbare ervaring in ontwikkeling van de gebaseerde toepassingen
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van een ontwikkelteam en ontwikkelaars coachen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in programmatieopdrachten zeer vlot kunnen uitvoeren: coderen, testen en debuggen.
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van Agile ontwikkelingsmethodiek, waarbij een leidende rol kan worden opgenomen.
