Function
As a 'functional analysis advisor' in the 'Project Support Team', you help IT development teams execute their work by advising them on issues related to analysis, modeling, and application testing.
You are looking for a varied role where as an analyst you can continuously share and enrich your knowledge.

As a 'functional analysis advisor' in the 'Project Support Team', you help IT development teams execute their work by advising them on issues related to analysis, modeling, and application testing.
Key Responsibilities
•You determine, implement, and maintain the methods to follow in the framework of analysis work, as well as the associated IT techniques/tools.
•More specifically, you provide support to users of Atlassian JIRA and CONFLUENCE tools by answering their questions, organizing actions, and ensuring the evolution of functionalities in line with business needs.
•You support teams that use the technical features of the tool (API, macros...).
•You participate in cloud migration projects while contributing to the evaluation and search for on-premises alternatives.
•You manage the end-to-end testing strategy (creation and documentation of test cases, execution of functional tests, documentation of test reports).
•You also participate in the selection and integration of documentation, modeling, and testing tools, and provide support to analysts in their use.
•You detect improvement opportunities in processes, support their implementation, and update procedures and documentation.
•You work in collaboration with different teams to ensure the interoperability of processes and tools.
•You support teams through audits and reviews of deliverables to ensure their quality.
•You follow developments in AI and consider how AI solutions can be integrated on a large scale into existing development processes.
Profile
You are looking for a varied role where as an analyst you can continuously share and enrich your knowledge.
•Holding a Master's degree in IT, you have at least 10 years of experience in the field of software development.
•You have excellent functional mastery of Jira and Confluence, with an understanding of the associated technical aspects. Experience with equivalent solutions is appreciated.
•You possess a good knowledge of the following areas: requirements capture, functional analysis, Data Modeling, Agile, SCRUM, OO development principles, and testing techniques. Practical knowledge of notations (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, ...) and modeling tools is a plus.
•You have a strong interest in AI methods and tools, as well as a sufficient understanding to identify usage opportunities and support analysts in their practical application.
•You have proven experience in a similar role, as well as in-depth knowledge of analysis and testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

•You have excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy taking initiatives, working in a team, as well as coaching and convincing.
•You have excellent communication and writing skills (in English) for digital content.
•You can work effectively under pressure and participate in time-constrained projects.
•You express yourself fluently in French.
