We are looking for a senior functional analyst for a CRM project in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves analyzing business needs, configuring the CRM, and supporting development teams. Experience in the public sector and knowledge of Agile methodologies are preferred.

Overview

The ETNIC (Enterprise for Information and Communication Technologies) is the IT operator of the Walloon-Brussels Federation. As a public interest organization, ETNIC's mission is to design, develop, maintain, and evolve information systems and technological infrastructures for the benefit of the administrations and establishments of the FWB.

A central player in the digital transformation of the French-speaking public sector in Belgium, ETNIC operates in various fields such as:

•Management of IT infrastructures (networks, security, data centers, cloud),

•Development of custom business applications,

•Support for digital projects (functional analysis, UX/UI, project management),

•Cybersecurity and data protection,

•User support and training.

In a constant concern for innovation, performance, and public service, ETNIC regularly collaborates with external partners to strengthen its teams through IT consultancy missions. These collaborations are framed in an ethical, professional manner focused on the quality and concrete impact of the delivered solutions.

Mission

The Functional Analysis Competence Center is looking for a functional analyst (in the Youth Assistance domain) capable of:

•Analyzing and specifying the needs of business teams for the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional integrator role);

•Collecting and analyzing specific needs (outside the CRM scope) to design the detailed functional specifications necessary for the development of a custom application integrated into the CRM.

To do this, they must follow the methodology of the Functional Analyst Competence Center of ETNIC.

They will also provide support to internal and external developers during the development phase as well as guidance to internal analysts who lack experience with MS Dynamics.

The mission is full-time (with half-time on-site presence). It will start on August 1, 2026, and continue into 2027.

Skills

It is expected that they possess the following technical knowledge and skills:

•Knowledge of the modules offered by MS Dynamics;

•Knowledge of the different environments (development, testing, production) provided by MS;

•Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages);

•Ability to configure the platform (creation of fields, forms, views, business rules);

•UML modeling skills;

•Knowledge of Agile concepts;

•Knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool.

They should also possess the following skills:

•Ability to support AF in their maturity regarding the CRM;

•Ability to distinguish business needs based on whether they fall under standard CRM configuration or custom development in response to a need;

•Ability to support change within business teams;

•Knowledge of major AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and their models.

Minimum Required Skills

•UML Modeling – 10 years

•Functional analysis oriented CRM – 5 years

•MS CRM Dynamics – 6 years

Desired Certifications

•Exam PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant

•Exam MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

•Certification in Agile Scrum methodology

Finally, they should ideally have experience in the public sector. Experience in the fields of the FWB (education, youth assistance, sports, culture, justice house, ...) is a plus, as well as knowledge of the financial/accounting domain.

As part of their work, the consultant will be required to write and submit reports as well as express themselves orally in French. Therefore, it is essential that they master the language both orally and in writing.
