Mission Terms
As part of our activities, we are looking for a Functional Analyst for Market Services. This is a full-time mission estimated to last between 1 to 3 years, ideally starting on 01/06/2026. Part of the mission can be done remotely in agreement with the manager, but a presence at the Gosselies site for at least 2 days a week is mandatory. Additional days on-site may be requested based on service needs. The Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, so a driver's license and vehicle will be necessary for travel. Travel to other sites is possible.Mission Context
The Functional Analyst for IT Market Services will join the Factory Services Market team. This team is responsible for the applications used for collecting and processing measurement data from meters, whether they are smart or electromechanical. The consultant will be involved throughout the life of the projects and the maintenance of applications for the needs of the Factory Services Market, particularly on MDM Smart (EnergyIP, used for collecting data from smart meters) and its integration within the landscape.Main Tasks
In the context of application maintenance:Management of production incidents
Ability to capture business requirements
Write user stories to resolve bugs or implement changes
Perform end-to-end testing on systems
Describe identified errors and discuss them with the responsible development provider
Support the business team
Handle incidents logged by our business or detected by monitoring
In the context of projects:
Propose solutions to business needs
Document and validate functional and technical documentation
Perform end-to-end testing on the target system
Correct bugs detected during testing
Describe identified errors and discuss them with the solution development providers
Work on changes whose requirements need to be integrated

This position requires administrative rights or access to classified information, qualifying it as high-risk for ORES information systems. The communication of these references constitutes agreement by the candidate and the mentioned person(s). Skills
Ability to formalize a functional analysis in various UML diagrams
Knowledge of data models and databases (SQL Oracle)
Knowledge of EnergyIP 9.0 or 9.1
Language requirement: French level C2 on the CEFR scale
Experience with a testing management tool (HPQC or equivalent)
Proven experience in testing methodologies and techniques (integration and functional)
Proven experience as a functional analyst
Knowledge of a backlog management tool (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
Knowledge of English B1
Experience working for a DSO/Energy Supplier in Belgium
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of data flows, APIs, and Azure system integrations (APIM)
Knowledge of Winscp (SFTP/file drop reads and flexsync)
High-level knowledge of Kafka (confluent)
Knowledge of Putty
