As part of the management of social security glossaries, we are analyzing the possibility of using a structured document management system from the market that allows the definition of reusable concepts and their publication in the form of technical documentation.

We want to quickly launch a 5-day mission to compare some existing tools.

We are looking for a functional analyst expert in this type of system (oxygenXML for example) who can help us objectively compare them based on the already defined list of requirements.
