Overview
We are looking to hire a junior Functional Analyst to ensure the continuity and maintenance, including minor adjustments of LV Connect. LV Connect is the Service Cloud solution built for the contact center of the organization.Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst with small business-critical or larger non-business-critical applications.
Demonstrable experience in technical environments where the projects are situated.
Experience in designing and configuring solutions within Salesforce.
Demonstrable knowledge of requirement analysis & design for OO, Client/Server, and/or UML environments.
Has an analytical mindset and learns quickly in solving technical problems.
Can communicate clearly within the team and is not afraid to ask questions when uncertainties arise.
Knowledge and experience with similar projects.
Knowledge of data and process modeling techniques and tools.
Skills & Experience
Must have: 1 Year
Must have: Demonstrable experience in technical environments.
Must have: Experience with Salesforce.
Should have: Knowledge of requirement analysis & design.
