We are looking for an ICT Architect (Expert) specializing in SharePoint with extensive experience in application architecture and information management. The role involves setting up rights management in the MS365 environment and ensuring compliance with NIS2 requirements.

Overview
Demonstrable experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain of application architecture and information management.Demonstrable experience as a SharePoint specialist.
Demonstrable knowledge of all domains plus proven specialist architect in at least 1 specialized domain (application, security, data, process…)
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various Project Management aspects (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates).
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of business processes in general.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up rights management in the MS365 environment for the organization.
The organization will shortly evolve to an MS licensing model E5 with E5 licenses (+ limited number of E7 licenses) for office workers.
MS Purview will be implemented for security labels and retention.
Consideration must be given to the presence of Copilot licenses within the organization. The rights management in the MS365 environment must ensure that Copilot cannot bypass the imposed access rights, is clearly defined, and complies with NIS2 requirements.
The developed rights management takes into account the existence of the organization's intranet, 'Lunaweb', which is built in SharePoint.
The developed rights management must be sustainable and consider frequent updates from Microsoft.
The developed rights management must enable a form of dashboarding so that ICT and Information Management can set up monitoring of the system.
Develop a NIS2-compliant role distribution with a substantive management role for Information Management and a technical management role for the service desk.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain (networking, security, server infrastructure, application architecture, ERP, ECM platforms, Data Warehouse and BI, ...) or Enterprise Architect - Must have, 8 Years, Expert.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of modeling techniques (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA) - Must have, Yes.
Demonstrable experience as a SharePoint specialist - Should have, 8 Years, senior.
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of Office 365 environments and in support of the rollout and management of Office 365 - Should have, Yes.
Demonstrable experience in specific knowledge domain of information security (e.g., optimizing IS governance, developing and implementing a cybersecurity action plan, defining risk appetite in consultation with stakeholders,...) - Should have, Yes.
Demonstrable experience with NIS2 - Should have, Yes.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of business processes in general - Should have, Yes.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various Project Management aspects (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates) - Should have, Yes.
