Overview
As an (enterprise) ICT Architect (Senior), you will be responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous adjustment of the ICT and data architecture at a strategic (enterprise) level and/or within one or more domains (business, process, information, application, data, technical, etc.). You will also provide advice on ICT project requests. You will assess and advise on the IT plan from a technical perspective and contribute to the establishment of ICT and data standards, guidelines, and architecture. You will support IT project leaders in the substantive preparation, monitoring, and oversight of the ICT component in projects. You will participate in PMO meetings and take on an expert role there.Key Responsibilities
Proactively analyze the IT needs of the organization and clients to accurately identify opportunities to achieve the desired results digitally.
Based on policy and needs analysis, proactively define, implement, and adjust services within the field to best support the internal client and the organization.
Advise internal clients both upon request and proactively from the field to provide expert solutions for issues or problems.
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust the progress or results of processes and services to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in accordance with agreements, guidelines, and regulations.
Communicate about the services to inform (internal) clients and management and encourage them to utilize the services.
Lead or participate in (sub)projects or working groups in the IT area to contribute to achieving the agreed project objectives.
Network, actively maintain, exchange, and utilize knowledge and experience to optimize the quality of services and provide input for the organization's policy.
Within the team, consult indicators and other quality parameters and compare them to the standard to identify shortcomings and take action if necessary.
Based on experience in your own field and with insight into other fields, help determine policy to align it with the organization's needs.

Demonstrable experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain (networking, security, server infrastructure, application architecture, ERP, ECM platforms, Data warehouse, and BI, ...) or Enterprise Architect.Languages

What you'll do
- (Proactief) analyseren van de IT-behoeften van de organisatie en klanten met als doel een correct beeld te krijgen van de opportuniteiten om de beoogde resultaten op digitale wijze te verwezenlijken.
- Op basis van het beleid en de behoefteanalyse de dienstverlening binnen het vakgebied proactief mee definiëren, implementeren en bijsturen met als doel de interne klant en de organisatie op de best mogelijke manier te ondersteunen.
- Zowel op vraag als proactief interne klanten adviseren vanuit het vakgebied met als doel deskundige oplossingen aan te bieden voor vraagstukken of problemen.
- Opvolgen, evalueren en eventueel bijsturen van de voortgang of resultaten van processen en dienstverlening met als doel een optimale kwaliteit en efficiëntie te garanderen conform de afspraken, richtlijnen en regelgeving.
- Communiceren over de dienstverlening met als doel de (interne) klanten en management te informeren en hen te stimuleren om van de dienstverlening gebruik te maken.
- Leiden of deelnemen aan (deel)projecten of werkgroepen op IT-vlak met als doel bij te dragen aan de realisatie van de afgesproken projectdoelstellingen.
- Netwerken, actief bijhouden, uitwisselen en inzetten van kennis en ervaring met als doel de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te optimaliseren en input te geven aan het beleid van de organisatie.
- Binnen het team de indicatoren en andere kwaliteitsparameters raadplegen en toetsen aan de norm met als doel tekortkomingen op te sporen en eventueel acties te ondernemen.
- Vanuit ervaring in het eigen vakgebied en met zicht op andere vakgebieden mee bepalen van het beleid met als doel het beleid te laten aansluiten op de noden van de organisatie.

- Aantoonbare ervaring als specialist architect in een specifiek domein (netwerking, veiligheid, serverinfrastructuur, applicatie architectuur, ERP, ECM platformen, Datawarehouse en BI, ...) of Enterprise Architect
- Aantoonbare ervaring m.b.t. (ICT) outsourcing (prijsmodellen, governance, afstemmen van processen en ondersteunende tools aan de kant van de leveranciers)
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van Modelleertechnieken (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA)
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van bedrijfsprocessen in het algemeen
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van de verschillende Project Management facetten (kosten, timing, coördinatie, planning, schattingen)
