We are looking for a business analyst who can capture the needs of customers from the Web platform vlaanderen.be and translate them into appropriate solutions or requirements for the further development of the platform.
Overview
The web platform is the system on which the channel vlaanderen.be is realized. Other Flemish government organizations can use the web platform to develop their digital services. You are able to analyze the 'as is' of those customers and translate it into a supported solution. You take a broad view: the solutions of Mijn Burgerprofiel, Contactcenter 1700, and other products and services from Digitaal Vlaanderen are also part of your arsenal.Key Responsibilities
Analyze and translate needs and processes from new and existing partners into solutions within the Web platform. Together with the UX designer, develop wireframes in which the customer can find their needs.
Analyze and translate business needs into clear functional (user stories) and non-functional requirements; clarify these requirements to SCRUM development teams and the content editorial team.
Form a tandem with the connection managers to identify needs with customers.
Proactively collaborate with product owners by adequately sharing substantive directions and insights, building and sharing the stakeholder network, prioritizing requirements with a view to achieving connection objectives.
Transfer necessary knowledge, experience, and best practices to employees of the agency Digitaal Vlaanderen and partner organizations.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience in general business operations applied to the ICT field.
Demonstrable experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various project management aspects (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates).
Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Interviews will take place within two weeks following the submission deadline. The external employee works from their own laptop with virtual access to the environments of Digitaal Vlaanderen.What you'll do
- Analyse en vertaling van behoeften en processen bij nieuwe en bestaande partners naar oplossingen binnen Webplatform.
- Samen met de UX-designer wireframes uitwerken waarin de klant zijn noden kan terugvinden.
- Analyse en vertaling van de business behoeften tot duidelijke functionele (user stories) en niet-functionele requirements.
- V verduidelijken van deze requirements aan SCRUM ontwikkelteam(s) en het content redactie team.
- Het vormen van een tandem met de aansluitingsmanagers om de noden bij de klanten te identificeren.
- Pro-actief samenwerken met de producteigenaar(s) door het adequaat delen van inhoudelijke richtingen en inzichten.
- Het opbouwen en delen van het stakeholdersnetwerk.
- Het prioriteren van de requirements met het oog op het realiseren van de aansluitingsdoelstellingen.
- Overdragen van de nodige kennis, ervaring en goede praktijken naar medewerkers van het agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen en partner-organisaties.
What we're looking for
- Aantoonbare ervaring in algemene bedrijfsvoering met toepassing op ICT gebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen (BPM).
- Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholder management.
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van de verschillende Project Management facetten (kosten, timing, coördinatie, planning, schattingen).
