Overview
As an analyst, you are responsible for questioning users and translating requirements to the development team. Work is done according to SCRUM methodology, and as an analyst, you act as a proxy for the product owner. You draft user stories with the product owner and work closely with the development team to refine these stories. You serve as the first quality control and test the delivered code to ensure it meets the requirements. You are also responsible for managing the backlog and adjusting it as necessary. Additionally, you are responsible for developing the business analysis related to the execution of investment works.Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience in general business operations applied to the ICT field.
Demonstrable experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates).

Demonstrable experience with Government Contracts.
Demonstrable experience in general business operations applied to the ICT field (5 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience in drafting user stories (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience in organizing and leading training sessions for end users (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience in collaborating with software development teams (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience in mapping business processes (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience in questioning requirements from end users (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience with Functional analysis (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience with quality control and testing of delivered code (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) for end users before code goes live (8 Years, Senior).
Demonstrable experience working in an Agile Team (8 Years, Senior).

Languages
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
Additional Info
Working hours: Day. Estimated hours per person: 3600. Employment regime (percentage): 100. Remote work possible? Yes. This position runs for 3 years and can be extended annually. Indexation is possible upon extension.What you'll do
