This business analyst is part of a DevOps team responsible for developing new state-of-the-art applications and services for the port and the port community.
* You gather business requirements and define the scope of projects together with business solution architects and stakeholders, based on strategic choices and priorities.
* You will be deployed in one or more business domains: nautical operations, safety and security, port community applications, or asset management.
* You map business processes and signal where improvements are possible.
* You support the translation of business needs into concrete functional requirements.
* You organize workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gauge needs and expectations.
* You prepare and execute test scenarios.
* You assist product owners in formulating acceptance criteria for new software features.
* Proven experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
* Bachelor's or master's degree in an economic or IT direction.
* BPMN Fundamentals certificate.
* Knowledge of data modeling and SQL.
* Proven experience in determining requirements through workshops.
* Proven experience in software testing.
* Proven experience in stakeholder management.
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various project management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates).
* Knowledge of Agile methods or SCRUM.
* Proven experience as a functional analyst.
