Overview
We are looking for an ICT Business/Functioneel Analist. As an analyst, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team. You will work according to the SCRUM methodology and act as a proxy for the product owner. You will draft user stories with the product owner and collaborate closely with the development team to refine these stories. You will also serve as the first quality control point, testing the delivered code to ensure it meets requirements. Additionally, you will manage the backlog and make adjustments as necessary.Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in general business operations applied to the ICT field.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing business processes (BPM).
Proven experience in stakeholder management.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of various project management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates).
Proven experience in drafting user stories.
Proven experience in collaborating with development teams.
Proven experience with GIS (lambert, WGS84, etc.).
Proven experience in organizing workshops with various stakeholders and gathering requirements from end-users.
Proven experience with functional analysis.
Proven experience with quality control of delivered code - functional and acceptance testing.
Practical knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Experience working for the Flemish Government (should have).
Experience working in an Agile Team (should have).
Languages
Dutch - Native (C2) - required.
English - Very good (C1) - required.
French - Good (B2) - required.
Additional Info
This position runs for 3 years and can be extended annually. Indexation is possible upon renewal.
Working hours: 3200 hours per person.
Employment percentage: 100%.
