Overview
We are looking for a Senior ICT Expert specialized in Angular and Java development. This role involves working within a SCRUM team to develop applications, requiring a high degree of independence and collaboration with users to create effective solutions.Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience in ICT technology.
Proven experience with the following technologies:
• Agile/SCRUM teams (8 years, must have)• CI/CD tooling (5 years, must have)
• Angular JavaScript framework (8 years, must have)
• RESTful web services (5 years, must have)
• Spring (8 years, must have)
• Java programming language (8 years, must have)
• Experience in asset management within an organization (3 years, should have)
• Experience working for the government (3 years, should have)
• Hibernate (5 years, should have)
• Knowledge of GIS concepts and data processing (should have)
• Experience in container virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes) (8 years, nice to have)
Languages
Dutch: Native (C2), required

Additional Info
This position is for a duration of 3 years with the possibility of annual extensions and indexing upon renewal.
The expected number of hours per person is 3200.
The employment percentage is 100%.
Remote work is not possible.
