Description (English)

We are looking for an analyst/developer for ServiceNow. You will be part of the ICT Applications Data Management team, specifically the product team that independently manages ServiceNow operationally. Your tasks will involve working within projects, maintenance, and incident management.

•You collaborate with analysts and business.

•You contribute to the functional and technical design of the solution.

•You are responsible for setup, development, and testing within the application.

•You ensure that everything is documented.

•You are able to translate problems into concrete solutions.

•You actively work on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to colleagues.

•You communicate clearly, concisely, and timely to all stakeholders.

•You assist in estimating and planning the various setup and development activities for different initiatives.

Skills & Experience

•Proven experience in a similar technology - Must have (1 Year, Junior)

•Proven experience in an ITSM environment - Must have (1 Year, Junior)

•Proven experience with ServiceNow development - Must have (1 Year, Junior)

•Proven experience with REST APIs - Must have (Yes)

•Proven experience with SOAP APIs - Must have (Yes)

•The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that they possess the necessary communication and analytical skills - Must have (Yes)

•Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required - Must have (Yes)

•Proven experience with Exalate - Should have (1 Year, Junior)

Languages

•Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have (Yes)

Additional Info

•Our organization's telework policy allows for teleworking for external resources. The right to telework is not enforceable, and the frequency will always be determined in consultation with the team leader. Occasional travel to other locations is possible.

•Exceptionally, work outside of office hours may be required for releases.
