We are looking for an experienced consultant focused on change management and user adoption for the Intelligence & Innovation department of the Antwerp Police Zone. The consultant will play a key role in the rollout and adoption of the FOCUS platform, working closely with various services to enhance user engagement and training initiatives.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced consultant with a strong focus on change management and user adoption for the Intelligence & Innovation department of the Antwerp Police Zone.

The consultant will, supported by the Senior Change Manager, play a key role in the further rollout and adoption of the innovative FOCUS platform within the organization. This platform includes more than 30 modules and is used by a wide audience of over 2500 employees – from operational staff in the field to administrative staff, spread across the central Master building and various regional offices.

You will act as an essential link between technology and end-users and actively contribute to a successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

You fulfill a two-way bridging function: you proactively immerse yourself in the FOCUS platform and translate new functionalities and updates into clear communication for the right target groups.
You increase user adoption and track it data-driven through relevant key user metrics.
You work closely with various services, detect needs and resistance, and know how to constructively turn these into engagement.
You develop and implement scalable training initiatives, including e-learning, digital learning paths, and targeted sessions, tailored to a large and diverse organization.
You ensure a structured feedback loop from the workplace to Product Owners.
You adopt a planned and results-oriented approach, applying change principles pragmatically.
You analyze thoroughly before taking action and can quickly process and translate complex information into business terms.

Skills & Experience

You hold a higher degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent through experience.
You have demonstrable experience with change management and/or user adoption processes within large organizations.
Demonstrable experience in creating lesson and course materials and teaching diverse target groups.
Demonstrable experience with the applications/systems for which training is provided.
Demonstrable communicative and didactic skills.
Demonstrable experience with Stakeholder Management.

Languages

Language requirement: Native Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
