We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee strategic projects related to IT infrastructure and NIS governance. The role involves defining, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects to enhance the resilience and security of the information system.

Within the Information Technology Department (DTI), the Infrastructure Project Manager oversees strategic projects related to IT infrastructure and NIS governance.

They are responsible for defining, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects aimed at enhancing the resilience, security, availability, and modernization of the information system.

They are in charge of developing and implementing the DRP strategy.

They oversee the implementation of the CMDB.

They ensure the implementation of NIS initiatives.

They manage change across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, they will be responsible for:
•monitoring various infrastructure projects such as:
• the deployment of a CMDB;
• the deployment of the DRP solution.
•replacing other infrastructure solutions;
•drafting, in collaboration with the technical team and the IT Vendor Manager, specifications related to the modernization of IT infrastructure.

For each project they are responsible for, it is expected that the project manager:
•establishes a project plan specifying the objectives and scope, schedule, tasks and expected deliverables, review and approval cycle, organization, reporting;
•monitors throughout the project the costs, adherence to the schedule, and resources;
•provides effective coordination of the project team ensuring their motivation;
•contributes to updating the business case;
•ensures to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and assumptions impacting each project they oversee.

Throughout your mission, you must comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules.

Additional Info

Execution modalities of the mission:
The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may work potentially 440 man-days spread over a duration of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during business days.
Services will be executed at least 3 days/week in person at the headquarters, potentially in a non-consecutive manner, unless expressly authorized by the Head of the IT Department.
The consultant is informed that they are not allowed to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without express authorization.
The designated consultant must consider the continuity of service needs and project constraints when planning their leave.
The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Contractors," which is available upon request.

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 working days.
