IT Project Manager SAP ISU SR

As the head of the IT "SAP ISU" team, the consultant will work closely with business departments and other teams within the IT department. The consultant will be responsible for:
Like all members of the IT management team, the consultant will manage people (staffing, objectives, training, etc.), methodologies (processes, procedures, architecture, etc.), and the budget related to their area of expertise in consultation with the responsible parties. They will also participate in defining and strategizing the evolution of the IT Department.

In this role, they will be responsible for:

Establishing a strategy for the evolution of the SAP ISU ecosystem. This task includes setting up:
Monitoring collaboration with an external partner who maintains the SAP-S4HANA environment.
Managing SAP ISU. This task includes:

Throughout your mission, you must comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules.

Execution modalities of the mission:

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and must potentially perform 440 man-days spread over a duration of approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's opening days. Services will be performed at least 3 days/week in person at VIVAQUA's headquarters, potentially in a non-consecutive manner, unless expressly authorized by the Head of the IT Department. It is noted that the consultant is not allowed to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA. The designated consultant must consider the continuity of service needs of VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave and will agree in advance with the Executive Officer on this matter. The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Contractors" of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon request.

The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of 880 working days.
