We are looking for an experienced network specialist with expertise in Extreme Networks, Fabric, NAC, and Palo Alto.Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience as a network specialist.
Demonstrable experience with system administration and system configurations related to the applied networking technology.
Demonstrable experience with network infrastructure (e.g., Extreme Networks).
Demonstrable experience with Routing & Switching.
Demonstrable experience in Network Security (Palo Alto).
Demonstrable experience with LAN, WAN protocols.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrable experience as a network specialist - Must have (5 Years, Senior)
Demonstrable experience with Extreme Networks - Must have (3 Years, Medior)
Demonstrable experience with Fabric - Extreme Networks - Must have (3 Years, Medior)
Demonstrable experience with NAC (Network Access Control) - Must have
Demonstrable experience with network infrastructure (e.g., Cisco Fortigate) - Must have
Demonstrable experience with system administration and system configurations related to the applied networking technology - Must have
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
Demonstrable experience with documenting processes for knowledge transfer - Should have
Demonstrable experience with LAN, WAN protocols - Should have
Demonstrable experience with Routing & Switching - Should have
Demonstrable experience in Network Security - Should have
Demonstrable experience with Palo Alto - Nice to have
Demonstrable experience with SD WAN - Nice to have
Languages
Dutch - Native (C2) - Required
Additional Info
We can be flexible regarding the start date and work regime. Full-time employment is not a must but can be discussed during a possible interview. We work with partial contracts for this request.Standard working hours are between 7 AM and 7 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work in the context of projects and changes. The standard location is at the Provinciehuis in Oost-Vlaanderen, but it may occasionally be at another physical location in Oost-Vlaanderen for projects or interventions (rental cars and electric bikes available).
