Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior System Administrator with demonstrable experience in the setup, management, and maintenance of systems. The candidate should have advanced knowledge and experience at the system engineer level in at least one of the specialized systems: Unix/Linux/Windows systems, Mainframe systems, application middleware (web and application servers, etc.), security systems, network and communication systems, generic or specialized systems and platforms (e.g., AD, LDAP, email, SharePoint, Documentum, etc.).Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience as a System Administrator (setup, management, and maintenance of systems)
Demonstrable knowledge and experience at the system engineer level of at least one of the specialized systems: Unix/Linux/Windows systems, Mainframe systems, application middleware (web and application servers, etc.), security systems, network and communication systems, generic or specialized systems and platforms (e.g., AD, LDAP, email, SharePoint, Documentum, etc.)
Demonstrable experience with ICT infrastructure solutions
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the relevant ITIL processes (especially regarding change management).

Demonstrable experience as a System Administrator (setup, management, and maintenance of systems) - 5 Years - senior
Demonstrable experience in Microsoft 365 management, specifically Exchange Online and MS Teams - 5 Years - senior
Demonstrable advanced experience of Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services - 10 Years - Expert
Demonstrable advanced experience of Hyper-V virtualization and Windows server systems (2016 and later) - 7 Years - senior
Demonstrable advanced experience of System Center for server and client management - 10 Years - Expert
Demonstrable advanced knowledge of PowerShell - Yes
Demonstrable knowledge and experience at the system engineer level of at least one of the specialized systems: Unix/Linux/Windows systems, Mainframe systems, application middleware (web and application servers, etc.), security systems, network and communication systems - Yes
Should have
Demonstrable experience in the public/government sector - Yes
