We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with demonstrable experience in organization-wide change management and leadership programs.Key Responsibilities
•Individual coaching of leaders at various management levels.
•Guidance of teams regarding collaboration and role clarity.
•Support and training in shaping and executing our leadership program.
•Coordination within the coaching team to ensure consistency in approach.
•Sparring with HR and program management.
Skills & Experience
•Aantoonbare ervaring met changemanagement in organisatiebrede trajecten en leiderschapsprogramma’s.
•Sterke coachingsvaardigheden (individueel & team).
•Aantoonbare ervaring als leiderschapscoach.
•Aantoonbare ervaring als teamcoach.
•Aantoonbare ervaring als individuele coach.
•Ervaring met intervisie en groepsfacilitatie.
•Vertrouwd met het rollenmodel Leider–Manager–Coach–Expert en de vertaling naar leerinterventies.
•Hands-on ervaring met workshopdesign en -facilitatie, inclusief besluitvormingsmethodieken (bv. consent, Deep Democracy).
•Certificatie/ervaring in Prosci ADKAR of gelijkwaardig is aanwezig bij het team.
•Ervaring in publieke context.
Languages
•Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
Additional Info
We are seeking a pool of experienced leadership coaches who can be deployed for a maximum of 30% per week. This deployment can consist of individual coaching, team coaching, program sparring, or short-term interventions. Within the pool, each coach can be flexibly deployed based on expertise, the match with the coachee, and availability. The team of leadership coaches plays a crucial role in strengthening, executing, and anchoring a shared leadership approach within our organization. As a complementary team, you guide leaders in their development within the four leadership roles (Leader – Manager – Coach – Expert) and support them in strengthening clear leadership behavior, ownership, and collaboration. You design and facilitate leadership days, workshops, and intervisions, and provide individual coaching that meets the diverse needs of our leaders. From your shared expertise, you ensure a consistent translation of the leadership vision into practice at individual, team, and organizational levels. In this way, you actively contribute to the development and sustainability of an organizational culture in which shared leadership, psychological safety, and results-oriented collaboration are central.Competitive
