Overview
We are looking for an expert Business Enterprise Architect to outline and implement the next steps for District09 and the City of Ghent in digital transformation, innovative organizational setup, and strategic management based on capability management. The hired architect will prepare the organization for organizational change around data governance as a foundation for AI, AI projects, and future innovative initiatives. This will be achieved through workshops, coaching, and guidance of the current junior team of architects, focusing on capability mapping as the basis for the stated objectives. The candidate will bring the necessary expertise, methodologies, and tools for a successful digital transformation of the team and the organization as a whole.Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in Business Enterprise Architecture.
Guide the organization through digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct workshops and coaching sessions for the junior team of architects.
Focus on capability mapping to achieve organizational goals.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.
Proven experience as an Innovation Consultant.
Proven experience in a complex organizational context with multiple independent entities.
Proven experience with capability mapping.
Proven experience in leading architecture departments in content, organization, and processes.
Knowledge of Archimate and TOGAF.
Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) or equivalent through experience.
Proven experience in Process Engineering and/or Lean manufacturing and/or Continuous improvement.
Languages
Dutch: Native (C2) - required.
English: Very good (C1) - required.
French: Good (B2) - required.
