We are looking for a Project Manager to effectively deploy Atlassian tools within our ecosystem. The role involves managing JIRA and Confluence, overseeing migrations, and ensuring effective governance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, strong project management skills, and an Agile mindset.

Description (English)

Function:

As a project manager for Atlassian, the candidate will ensure the effective deployment of Atlassian tools within the SFPD ecosystem. Two products from Atlassian are in scope: JIRA and Confluence.

Tasks:

Regarding JIRA, the person will receive the following objectives:

•Finalize and organize the hypercare of the migration to JIRA Cloud (scheduled for the end of June).

•Organize and ensure user change management regarding the recently implemented standardized processes and the new features introduced by JIRA Cloud.

•Establish effective governance for employee time logging to monitor Opex and Capex costs, project costs… This using the Tempo Timesheet plugin.

•In partnership with our PMO department, define governance allowing for simple and effective project management in JIRA.

•Evaluate and assist in the decision-making process for choosing a project portfolio management tool.

•Deploy the Xray tool in JIRA and make it the standard tool for development teams in collecting user requirements and associated tests (test management solution).

•Facilitate and promote JIRA integration with the MIRO whiteboarding tool.

•Organize project governance (steerco, communication, budget tracking…)

•Organize an organizational model that will allow for sustainable management of JIRA once the project is completed.

Regarding Confluence, the candidate will lead a study on the relevance of this tool in the context of document management in IT and PMO. A report will be expected.

All these objectives are part of a project called "Make JIRA Lean Again."

Technical Skills:

The candidate has relevant experience in the following areas:

•Extensive knowledge of JIRA

•Extensive knowledge of Confluence

•Testing framework knowledge (different levels of tests, testing responsibilities, …)

•Passive knowledge of modern testing frameworks and tools (i.e. Xray, Junit, Lambok, Mockito, SOAP UI, Cucumber, selenium, test bench, Playwright…)

•Active knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Grafana)

•Strong Agile mindset

•Project management skills (Agile and traditional)

•Experience in the public sector and/or social security is a significant asset, as well as a good knowledge of the pension domain.

The evaluated skills will be:

•Knowledge of the SFP context (organization, architecture, technical landscape...)

•Experience in a JIRA tool rationalization project and in a Cloud migration project

•Project management skills

•Agile mindset

The candidate's CV will mention in a maximum of 10 lines the advantages of JIRA Cloud over JIRA Data Center, the main risks of this migration, and how to mitigate them.
