As a public transport operator active in the Walloon territory, we are one of the main players in mobility and sustainable economic, social, and development in Wallonia.With 5,700 employees and 120 professions, we are a committed company whose members share a common project: to improve the performance, friendliness, and sustainability of the public transport offer, which currently includes nearly 2,500 buses and trams for the 778 TEC lines that crisscross Wallonia.
Mission
Part of the routes carried out within TEC are subcontracted to private companies selected based on public procurement. To monitor the execution and billing of these services, the SERES service has two major applications, namely Comet and SAP. Recent adaptations to market conditions require modifications to these applications to continue supporting the people in charge of this work.The mission consists of monitoring this project by coordinating the development teams and the SAP teams, in good coordination with the team in charge on the business side.
Key Responsibilities
The project manager's mission will consist of:Participating and assisting in defining the scope, schedule, and budget of the projects they will be responsible for
Ensuring end-to-end project management, from partner selection to transition to run mode, which will include, among others:
• Organizing and facilitating meetings, including steering committees• Monitoring project activities and deliverables
• Managing internal and external communication of the project with internal stakeholders
• Organizing and coordinating change management
• Communicating with the IT functional analyst, the business, and any potential service providers
Skills & Experience
You have at least eight years of experience in project management.You have expertise in the following areas:
You can manage a project autonomously
You position yourself in a support role to help the business structure, define its needs, and document them
You propose a project strategy by defining its scope, schedule, sourcing strategy, and budget
You have perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written
Languages

The mission will primarily be carried out on-site in Namur. However, the candidate must be flexible and may need to travel to our various Business Units spread across Wallonia to meet certain professions (expenses included in the proposed rate).Consulting days are 8 hours. Two fixed telecommuting days are possible.
The start of the day must begin between 7:30 and 9:00, lunch must be taken between 11:45 and 14:00, and the end of service must be between 16:00 and 19:00. Thus, the presence windows of 9:00 – 11:45 and 14:00-16:00 must be respected.
