Project Leader SR
Our organization is looking for an experienced, hybrid project leader who can manage various ICT projects from start to finish. This includes projects for application development and network renewal, as well as initiatives that structurally improve the broader ICT landscape, including tooling, governance, processes & procedures, infrastructure, and security. The project leader ensures coherence, coordinates with technical and functional stakeholders, and ensures planned execution, clear communication, and results-oriented follow-up.

This includes projects for application development and network renewal, as well as initiatives that structurally improve the broader ICT landscape, including tooling, governance, processes & procedures, infrastructure, and security. The project leader ensures coherence, coordinates with technical and functional stakeholders, and ensures planned execution, clear communication, and results-oriented follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate, coordinate, and monitor network projects within the current hybrid setup for both the office automation and OT environment.
Initiate, coordinate, and monitor various projects (application, telephony, etc.) in the context of the remote control project.
Initiate, coordinate, and monitor application development projects within the context of Powerplatform/Dynamics/Sharepoint Online and Azure Cloud.
Migrate several applications to their SaaS variant. A guiding and coordinating role in migration trajectories to the cloud environment.
Monitor budget – scope – achievement of milestones – timing of these projects. Report on these regularly.
Engage regularly with ICT staff and external partners who support us on various projects.
Where necessary: Capture needs and best practices by organizing working groups and client discussions.
Identify risks and create plans to mitigate these risks.
Carry out tasks at the client (mainly Hasselt and Willebroek) but possibly sporadically also at the works in Flanders.
Skills & Experience
You have at least 8 years of experience executing various application, infrastructure, and network projects in a similar organization and can demonstrate this based on your CV.Languages
Demonstrable experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects.
Demonstrable experience in managing multiple projects in parallel.
Demonstrable experience with terminology, organization, roles, and processes of project management methodology (e.g., Prince2, PMBok, etc.) or equivalent through experience.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of a project management methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Demonstrable experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.).
Additional Info
Teleworking: At least 4 days in the office. You will work alternately from Willebroek and Hasselt.
What you'll do
- Opstarten, coördineren en opvolgen van netwerk-projecten binnen de huidige hybride opzet voor zowel de burotica- als OT omgeving.
- Opstarten, coördineren en opvolgen van uiteenlopende projecten (applicatief, telefonie,..) i.k.v. het project van de afstandsbediening.
- Opstarten, coördineren en opvolgen van applicatie-ontwikkelingsprojecten binnen de context van Powerplatform/Dynamics/Sharepoint Online en Azure Cloud.
- Migreren van een aantal toepassingen naar hun Saas variant. Een sturende en coördinerende rol bij migratietrajecten naar de cloud omgeving.
- Je bewaakt budget – scope – realisatie van mijlpalen – timing van deze projecten. Hierover rapporteer je regelmatig.
- Je gaat regelmatig in dialoog met de leden van de ICT-staf en externe partners die ons ondersteunen op de verschillende projecten.
- Waar nodig: Captatie van behoeften en best practices door middel van organisatie van werkgroepen en klantengesprekken.
- Risico's identificeren en plannen opmaken om deze risico's te mitigeren.
- Voert zijn taken bij de klant uit (voornamelijk Hasselt en Willebroek) maar mogelijk sporadisch ook naar de kunstwerken in Vlaanderen.
What we're looking for
- Aantoonbare ervaring al Projectleider in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het in parallel aansturen van verschillende projecten.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bv.Prince2, PMBok, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring van een projectmanagement methodologie (bv. Agile, Scrum).
- Aantoonbare ervaring met projectbeheerstechnieken en tools kunnen hanteren (risicobeheer, issuebeheer, …)
