We are seeking a Technical Writer with strong analytical skills to create and manage technical documentation for software and internal processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to produce clear and user-friendly content.

Job Overview

We are looking for a curious and analytically strong Technical Writer who can effortlessly translate complex information into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing technical content for software products, machines, and internal business processes.

You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to develop documentation that supports users and elevates business communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Writing and maintaining user manuals, work instructions, and online help content

•Documenting software applications and technical systems for end users and administrators

•Restructuring and standardizing existing documentation

•Setting up and managing documentation structures in tools such as Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint

•Formatting and publishing in various formats (PDF, web help, wiki systems, etc.)

•Developing templates, lexicons, and document workflows

•Creating and optimizing visual supporting content (e.g., drawings, flowcharts, and callouts)

Skills & Experience

•Proven experience in copywriting for corporate, marketing, and products

•Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's)

•Proven experience in document layout, editing, and content design

•Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, …)

Languages

•Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
