Overview
Within the DBS department, the Unit 1 - Works Client Domain aims to support the processes and Salesforce applications for managing works initiated by the Customer (meter works, connection works, ...).We are looking for a Salesforce Architect/Senior Dev to work on our digitalization projects and to manage corrective & evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications (Salesforce service cloud & FSL for service client, Bureau d'étude and travaux client).
The consultant will interact with our business representatives, Functional Analysts, other Salesforce developers, FSL Functional Lead and our Salesforce deployment coordinator and business process analysts. The mission will be done in Time & Materials in our offices, or in Homeworking, following our rules.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support on Salesforce FSL/service cloud solution (user management, master data management)
Solving incidents and problems on the deployed applications
Defining use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst
Configuring and/or developing user stories
Testing the use cases and user stories during System Tests and System Integration Tests
Reviewing peers' code
Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests
Managing sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release
Skills & Experience
Must Have
Certified as Salesforce.com Platform Dev 1
Demonstrated experience with Multi Cloud, processes, best practices & implementation
Fluent in English
Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and custom code (APEX) - 5 Years
Proven experience in the energy or/and utilities sector
Proven experience with CI/CD technologies and processes (Jenkins, DevOps,...)
Proven experience with FSL (Field Service Lightning) technology, processes, best practices & implementation
Proven experience with JIRA
Should Have
Certified as Salesforce Platform Data Architect
Certified as Salesforce.com App Builder
Good knowledge of the other national language (FR/NL)
Proven knowledge of MIG (Market Implementation Guide) 6.0 processes
Languages
English - Very good (C1) - Required
French - Good (B2) - Not required

Object Manager clear understanding of all possibilities about fields set up, page layout and lightning page, Validation rules,…
Knowledge of FSL objects (Service appointment, WO, WOLI, Timesheet,…) is a plus.

You receive this request as a result of the frame agreement; Managed Service Provider 2, awarded by Fluvius-Atrias to Solvus. For the period 2021-2029 Solvus has been given the mandate to act as vendor neutral Managed Service Provider. The number of days/sessions is indicative and not binding. The final contract may be higher or lower. Responding to the request and submitting a candidate implies the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.What you'll do
