Overview
We are looking for an expert Salesforce developer for larger projects and fundamental changes to LV Connect. LV Connect is the Service Cloud solution built for the contact center of the organization.Key Responsibilities
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in programming tasks, able to code, test, and debug efficiently.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) with development and configuration within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven experience in the development of based applications.
Proven experience with telephony integration within Salesforce.
Proven experience of integration projects between Salesforce and third-party services.
Proven knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology, with the ability to take a leading role.
Proven knowledge of development in Salesforce APEX.
Stays actively updated on new developments and proactively makes suggestions.
Has an analytical mindset and learns quickly in solving technical problems.
Can communicate clearly within the team and is not afraid to ask questions when unclear.
Works independently and takes ownership of assigned projects.
Skills & Experience
5 Years - Expert in programming tasks.
5 Years - Expert in Salesforce Service Cloud.
8 Years - Expert in the development of based applications.
Languages
Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
