Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for a temporary assignment of 3 months, with a chance of extension, within the Social Interpreting and Translation (STV) service on the Allis platform. The consultant will take on a mixed role between Solution Architect, Functional Analyst, and Business Analyst. The focus of the assignment is on organizing and facilitating workshops with the business, capturing and analyzing requirements, translating business processes into clear functional analyses, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and developing a feasible solution direction up to POC and configuration/build guidance in Salesforce.Key Responsibilities
•Analyze and validate business processes;
•Organize and facilitate workshops;
•Capture and structure requirements;
•Translate to functional analysis, solution design, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
•Develop a POC in Salesforce;
•Guide the functional development up to configuration/build;
•Stakeholder management and alignment on priorities, scope, and solution choices;
•Support UAT preparation and validation of end-to-end business flows.
Important: this is not purely a technical architecture role and also not a pure developer role. We explicitly seek a consultant who is strong in business workshops, analysis, and functional design, and at the same time sufficiently hands-on in Salesforce to steer configuration choices substantively.
Skills & Experience
•Proven experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain (networking, security, server infrastructure, application architecture, ERP, ECM platforms, Data warehouse and BI, ...) or Enterprise Architect - Must have, 5 Years, Senior;
•Proven knowledge and experience of modeling techniques (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA) - Must have, Yes;
•Facilitating workshops and capturing/structuring requirements with business stakeholders - Must have, 5 Years, Senior;
•Functional analysis and business process analysis within Salesforce projects - Must have, 5 Years, Senior;
•Hands-on Salesforce configuration (flows, security, permissions, page layouts, objects, business rules) - Must have, 4 Years, Senior;
•Salesforce Experience Cloud (solution design, portal operation, functional development) - Must have, 5 Years, Senior;
•Salesforce Service Cloud / case-oriented processes - Must have, 4 Years, Senior;
•Proven knowledge and experience of business processes in general - Should have, Yes;
•Proven knowledge and experience of various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates) - Should have, Yes;
•Proven knowledge of all domains plus proven specialist architect in at least 1 specialized domain (infrastructure, application, security, data, process…) - Should have, Yes;
•Experience with UAT approach, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria in Salesforce projects - Should have, 3 Years, Medior;
•Public sector / government or similar regulated context - Should have, 3 Years, Medior;
•Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, Experience Cloud Consultant, Application Architect or equivalent) - Should have.

•English: Very good (C1), required;
•French: Good (B2), not required.
Additional Info
The assignment is situated within the Gentle/Allis program (Salesforce) and builds on an existing solution for the Social Interpreting and Translation (STV) service. The technical context includes:•Salesforce Experience Cloud for the STV portal operation;
•Salesforce processes and configuration in an existing Allis environment;
•Functional alignment with internal processes and existing business flows;
•Interfaces with video and telephone interpreting, accounting/subsidies, data migration, permissions/sharing, UAT, and DPIA impact;
•Collaboration with internal AGII teams and external partners in an iterative approach.
The consultant must be able to bridge the gap between business and solution within this context and translate functional analyses into a concrete, feasible setup within Salesforce. Experience with Experience Cloud, portal operations, and analyzing processes in an existing Salesforce environment is therefore essential.The consultant works within the context of AGII, coordinating with the broader E3 context, namely AGII, Atlas, and Amal. The assignment is situated within the Social Interpreting and Translation service, where the consultant collaborates with various business stakeholders and supporting domains. There is a need for someone who can easily switch between:
•Workshop facilitation;
•Stakeholder management;
•Requirement analysis;
•Translation of business needs into Salesforce solutions;
•Alignment on validation, acceptance, and further development.
The consultant must feel comfortable in an environment with multiple stakeholders, different interests, and a strong need for clear analysis, structuring, and decision-making.Competitive
