We are looking for an experienced document generation specialist to join our CCM team, focusing on the SAP Document Presentment by OpenText platform. The role involves designing, developing, and managing document generation solutions while ensuring operational stability and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced specialist in document generation to strengthen our CCM team, focusing on the SAP Document Presentment by OpenText platform.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of document generation solutions. You will act as the central point of contact for the generation of letters, documents, and email communications. You capture and analyze the needs of internal stakeholders and translate these into performant and maintainable solutions within SAP Document Presentment.

Key Responsibilities

•You are responsible for the operational management of the platform, including incident tracking, problem analysis, and ensuring the continuity and stability of document processing.

•You work closely with internal customers, the CCM team, and external parties such as print and distribution partners, contributing to efficient and reliable document communication.

Skills & Experience

•Proven experience within a similar technology

•Proven experience in building communications, both letters and emails using CommunicationBuilder

•Proven experience in deploying communications, both letters and emails using Control Center

•Proven experience with Retouch (Live letters)

•Higher education (Master's or Bachelor's) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent experience with ICT technology for which expertise is required

•Proven experience with HTML and CSS

•Proven experience with MS SQL

•Proven experience with scripting in PowerShell

•Proven experience with XML/XSD

Languages

•Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
